Barre
Our signature barre class is a mix of Pilates, yoga, functional training, athletic barre work, and mindfulness. Class is a full-body mindful workout that is low-impact and incorporates light dumbbells unless otherwise stated. You leave class feeling strong in body, calm in mind, and empowered in spirit. No barre is needed but a steady surface or a chair can be useful for some exercises. No ballet or dance experience is necessary.
